Wellness at Work - Dr. Proodian Guest Speaker Community Health Education Programs – Educational, Insightful & Inspiring!
Through NHC’s Community Relations Program, we offer free health education programs to local businesses and organizations that make a real difference in your and your employees’ health, productivity, and quality of life.
Each program is led by Dr. James Proodian, founder of Natural Healthcare Center and a dynamic public speaker, who clears up confusion about current health issues and teaches you the importance of taking personal responsibility for your health—learning about how your body functions, changing the way you eat and exercise, and getting enough sleep. Topics include stress management, nutrition, fatigue, heart disease, and fitness.
What makes these programs unique is Dr. Proodian educates you on the background of the condition, so you understand the root of the problem. His ability to translate complex physiology and biochemistry into practical common-sense principles gives you the tools you need to leave knowing exactly what to do to eat better, move more, and lead a healthier, more productive life.
All seminars reflect Dr. Proodian’s “Triad of Health,” which addresses your physical, nutritional, and psychological needs. They also incorporate elements of functional medicine—a practice that takes a personalized approach to healthcare—including the following:
- How your body rids itself of toxins
- Regulation of hormones and neurotransmitters
- Immune system function
- Inflammatory responses
- Digestion and absorption of nutrients
- The health of the digestive tract
- Structural integrity
- Psychological and spiritual equilibrium
- How you produce energy
Dr. Proodian has already provided these seminars to many area companies and organizations, including CommVault, Fort Monmouth, Booz Allen, Northrop Grumman, Wheelock, AT&T, Monmouth University, among others. The feedback has been unanimously positive wherever he speaks.
All programs can be designed to meet your organization’s needs. We offer 60-and 90-minute seminars and half-day or multiple-day workshops on a wide range of topics. Please review the Wellness at Work Health Education Programs list.
